Hey, you may be right man... but then again we only hit the bag to warm up for the workout the rest of the day. Now mind you, this was prep for Jr. Olympics in southeast Arkansas... so I wasn't exactly with a world class team. But we ran first, hit the heavy bag, ran sprints, then jumped rope (which I never quite got the hang of), lifted weights, then speed bag, then sparred. Sparring took half the day because thats when we worked on form. The heavy bag was on the same level as the early morning run, for stamina and conditioning... not form. But like I said, I was 14 and not exactly trained by Manny Steward
