    Thats just me anyway.
Hey, you may be right man... but then again we only hit the bag to warm up for the workout the rest of the day. Now mind you, this was prep for Jr. Olympics in southeast Arkansas... so I wasn't exactly with a world class team. But we ran first, hit the heavy bag, ran sprints, then jumped rope (which I never quite got the hang of), lifted weights, then speed bag, then sparred. Sparring took half the day because thats when we worked on form. The heavy bag was on the same level as the early morning run, for stamina and conditioning... not form. But like I said, I was 14 and not exactly trained by Manny Steward

youre right... about form when hitting the mitts though

            LoL.

At my gym, the bag routine is pretty major. I guess it depends on who trains you. We usually spend like an hour on a variety of bags, 30 mins on the pads, and 30 mins sparring.

Point is... the ONLY advice I have heard given to you over the last 2 months has been "keep your hands up".
That is utterly untrue. Repeatedly I have advised him to "give up boxing because you are ****e".

I've never seen a single world class fighter on HBO 24/7 worry about form when on the bag.
Yes but they worry when they post videos of their bag work on Youtube.

Good speed and you have decent pop in your punches. That's about it, though.
