Hatton or Pacquiao? Who has the Physical Advantage?

If this is indeed true, Pacquiao is taller than Hatton.

Depends on what advantage is bein discussed. Pac's faster and has more power. Hatton is stronger and at 140 should have the harder chin.

I just think Manny is just one of those guys who is a physical specimin and can move up in weight and still be a beast.

That is one of the mark of a great boxer.

I'm 5'6" and Ricky is taller than me, 5'7" as per Hattons website seemed accurate in person.

speed = Pacquiao. Watch youtube videos for proof.
footwork = Pacquiao. Even in one of Hattons best categories, he's still beaten, IMO.
lateral movement = Same. Though Hatton lunges, Manny can sometimes get tied up when he tries too much at once.
agility = Pacquiao. He is just the more naturally gifted of the two.
workrate = Pacquiao. If Hatton is having his TOTAL way, it can increase. Manny just doesn't tire. Blistering combinations all night.
stamina = Pacquiao. Ricky got winded against Mayweather, and was exhausted when he fought Collazo.
accuracy = Same. Both can be off but for the most part, hit where they aim.
defense = Pacquiao. It's on a fight to fight basis with both. I'd be leaning towards Manny though, especially with his last fights.
heart = Same. Neither has a sense of being a quitter.
chin = Pacquiao. Both have been dazed or rocked, but Manny seems to take punches just a bit better.
power = Pacquiao. Just has more one punch crack.


TOTAL: Pacquiao, 8. Hatton, 0. Same, 3.

I would assume Hatton has the advantage strength wise. People really underestimate how dangerous hatton can be inside, he uses his physicality different to the way de la hoya did against pac. Manny really cannot afford to get inside for long periods, hatton will smother, maul, foul, probably push him about, its not a wise move on pac's part.

You cant be serious about the lateral movement advantage, hatton needs to use more that to win the fight, but he tends to come straight on at guy head up. As of now, Pac has the advantage there.
