I think he said it a few years after he retired for good so it definitely was not immediately after the fight, I could be wrong though.

Yeah, Hearns was ahead on the cards after 12, Marciano-Walcott would have ended differently too, Tate-Weaver etc.

How do you see the result changing? B-hop working his way to the decision?

I agree... you have to be somewhat imaginative to give the fight to Hagler... he just didn't throw enough punches.

If this fight went 15 rounds people would have flat out left. That's the different result I see.

Jirov/Mesi - Jirov TKO a more likely outcome.

Toney/Jirov - Toney TKO a more likely outcome.

Morales/Barrera I & III - I think the decisions are reversed with 3 more rounds as the losing competitor was coming on stronger in the end of those fights.

Taylor/Lacy - Taylor TKO more likely.

Hopkins/Taylor I - Hopkins wins a decision or stops Taylor. He was rocking him bad each of the last 3 rounds in that fight. I believe 3 extra rounds would have led to Taylor getting caught big a few more times.

Taylor overall would be in a lot of trouble in a 15 round world. Zab Judah.. Imagine him trying to win a competitive 15 round fight?
