Even if Barrera did knock down Khan, I doubt he has the power anymore to score a KO. Khan got up after the first Presscott kd, and both of those hit him flush on the chin. Not many people get up from shots like that. The second kd was because Khan walked straight back into Presscott when he was still hurt. He should have clinched, or ran, to buy himself some time. Khan might get kd a couple of times in the Barrera fight, but I doubt Barrera still has the power to keep him there.

I can still see Barrera grinding out a decision of points though.

Barrera is much shorter than Khan. Roach will be telling Khan to be patient, use his jab, and keep Barrera at distance. I doubt Barrera will be able to get inside of Khan too often. Even if he does, Khan's defence would have improved under Roach, and Barrera may find his punches are only hitting the gloves of the much taller opponent. A good tactic for Barrera would be to work to the body. If he can get Khan trapped against the ropes, he may get a kd.

I think Khan will keep Barrera at distance for five rounds or so, patiently using his jab, and footwork. In the mid rounds Khan will start attacking the tiring Barrera, and land some pretty brutal combo's. Around the ninth Khan will get a worn Barrera against the ropes and score a tko after a dozen or so unanswered shots.

Prescott is taller, stronger, and faster than Barrera so comparisons should not be made at this point.

All Barrera has to do is hit Khan with one clean punch and the fight is over, Khan's chin is that bad.
