Yeh, I saw him fight Zakeem Graham. I wasn't hugely impressed, I mean he was certainly heavy handed and pretty good mechanically, but vintage Mike Tyson he was not. He looked more like Frans Botha.

One thing that stands out to me is his amateur pedigree. Apparently he beat Felix Savon twice. That's huge.

Yep, that about sums him up in a nutshell - good job!

i saw his last fight on showtime, wasn't impressed at all. although his highlights where nice. i think he is due to fight again onm showtime dec 4 on the jeff lacy undercard. he is huge. any of the top 5 would tear him a apart.

Samuel Peter will be facing Jeremy Williams December 4th on showtime. This will be his first real test, then we can really discuss if this guy can be somebody.

This guy (Chagaev) is nothing special. Kinda slow, methodical. A lefty who's all about the left hand. No jab or right hook to speak of..defense is suspect & he's not that big.
                Bascially, he's going nowhere.

Sam Peter sucks. One of the worst so-called "prospects" I've ever seen.

I thought you guys might be talking about Valuev. (sp?)
I never heard of this guy..but noticed that Rob Calloway fought him to a draw. Fairly sad.
