HBO could be setting up a Berto vs the winner of Margarito - Mosley

Yeah I already called this... but i think they will be setting up a Berto vs the LOSER of that fight... which I think will be Mosley... I think a 37 yr old Mosley AFTER a war with Margarito would make for a good fight against Berto

Yeah, after I posted this thread, I started to think that HBO is probably gonna want to set up a fight with the loser, which everyone is expecting to be Mosley. I know HBO is already looking at the Margarito vs Cotto rematch for June. A Mosley win though could put a twist in thier plans.

if marg lost they would still do the rematch... only it would be for cottos title, if he beats jennings, which of course he will lol

You remember HBO (Merchant) asking Shane about a Berto fight after Shane's fight with Mayorga? That's definately a fight that HBO and the fans want to see. They have similar styles. Power Boxing. It's gonna happen.

yeah, i think they have extremely similar styles... but shane is just not as explosive anymore... although he can take a better punch than berto can... there stamina is probably about the same, which doesnt say much for berto... i think it would be a barnburner
