Um, how about, who packs power with the faster hands these days? So many people say Guzman but Guzman higher than 122lbs, lacks any pop. Same can be said almost with Floyd. Ricky was a very small WW that he koed. As far as having very heavy pop and speed, no doubt Manny. Why else you think he's gotten as far as he has with what some might say, a 1 way gear? Mostly due to his speed with the power behind it. Of course now he's mixing it up and boxes more on his toes with a lot of movement and footwork. But it was in 2003 that Manny first came onto the scene as a 1 dimensional beast with a hell of a dimension. Speed and power and he's brought it up impressively.

It says fastest hands in boxing, not fastest hands with good power. In combination Guzman has the fastest hand with Gamboa and Khan very close, single shots it's probably Berto or Pacquiao.
