Nigel doesn't sound very convincing when he says he really really wants to fight roy. Not convinced.

Why? Nigel ain't no bull****ter, he's a good man. He talked about fighting Jones directly after the McClellan fight too. I don't even think he was asked, he just brought it up himself.

I met Nigel at my local night club where he was dj'ing a few years back and got talkin boxing with em. He says he really wanted the fight at the time but is glad it didnt happen as Jones woulda killed him!!!

Ofcourse that was when Roy was on top of the world, he might feel different after Roys losses

When Benn gets written off, thats when he is dangerous. If he had of fought Roy, he would have been a huge underdog. I can picture Benn giving Jones trouble through sheer determination, and willpower. I still think Jones would beat him. But if the Benn who beat McClennan showed up, Jones would be in a fight.

Benn would get stopped but Roy would know he'd been in a ****in fight for a change! Benn would put him under real pressure and not quit on himself like alot of the guys who fought Jones did

But like i said Nigel was glad the fight never came off
