Lennox Lewis didn't fight a prime vitali in my opinion. Prime Vitali was years afterwards, I felt Vitali got better in the defense department years after the lennox fight. Lewis never fought a prime vitali.

Everyone hits there prime at a different age, and Vitali is more in his prime now then he was against Lewis. Even if Vitali is alot older now. A prime Vitali probably would have ko'd Prime Lewis. Because wasn't prime lewis what Rahman ko'd?

Nah Big V has an Iron chin, same as the Old Vs prime fight, stop by sickening cut.

I still laugh when people say that stoppage was controversial, the guy had half his face hanging off, he would have died from bloodloss if they let it carry on.

          Yes, that was hyperbole

Has Klitschko ever been cut like that before or after??? Did Lewis regularly carve his opponents faces up???

Perhaps this cut was Just a Fluke..

People make it sound like Lewis planned to cut him from the opening bell.. The fact is.. he got really fucking lucky and was smart enough to take advantage..

An out of prime, out of shape, unmotivated, fighting once a year, nearly 40, trained for 2 weeks and heading towards retirement Lennox Lewis gave Vitali a fight and stopped Vitali in his prime.

An Active, In shape, Hungry, Prime Lewis with the right time of training KO/TKO's him earlier no doubt.

              Lennox was a beast

one cut is a fluke, 2 is a bad night, three... three is a pounding that your body can't answer.

I asked you if there was a precedent for either case.. Is that your final answer??

Lewis was 37, he was coming off a dominant KO win over Tyson. Lewis said hetrained hard and was well prepared. Vitali and Lewis both took the fight on 2 weeks notice.

Lewis is lucky Vitali got cut

Vitali kicked Lewis' ass and was winning 4-2 on all 3 judges scorecards. Lewis was dead tired and collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round. Vitali was the fresher fighter, he would've KO'd Lewis in the 7th or 8th round.

                    Punches landed in that fight

                    Vitali 156

                    Lewis 102

Lennox "The Coward" Lewis has been ducking Vitali for 5 years. He turned down 25 million dollars for a rematch because is scared and he knows Vitali would knock his ass out.

Vitali "the delusional nutjob" Klitschko would get beat by a prime Lewis all day every day.
