    what happened to Torres?

    anything new with him?

is he in line to face the Holt-Bradley winner?

or will he get passed over?

and IMO if Torres goes right for the Holt-Bradley dumb move

as he's been out of the ring 6 months already .. with no fights planned at the moment.

From what I know Torres is waiting for the winner of Bradley-Holt, he should take a stay busy fight though.

Torres does not get first crack at Bradley-Holt. The WBC mandated the winner of Witter-Alexander for the interim title face them.

Be that as it may, it doesn't really change the fact that Torres is waiting for the winner of the fight and it doesn't necessarily mean that the winner of the fight will keep the WBC belt.

I think Torres can put a decent fight. Clottey barely engages and is a defensive fighter, so Torres could last 8 or 9 rounds, maybe he could put Cottey on his pants once. And Quintana I think Can pull a D. Like I said Clottey barely engages and he will be forced to lead against Quintana, Something he doesnt like. I think Quintana can Out box Clottey to a UD in a boring fight!!!!!!!!!!

yeah with Devon Alexander vs Junior Witter lined up for the WBC Interim title

chances are that if the Holt-Bradley winner fights Torres .. they'll be stripped of the WBC belt

and what even makes Torres deserving of a fight vs the Holt-Bradley winner?

he gets kayoed by Holt .. and just comes back and gets to face the unified WBC-WBO champ?

I second that. Wanted to see to Cintron/Clottey, but Quintana -- another often overlooked welter--would also make be a fine substitute. If I was king of the world I would have a mini round robin between those three and Berto with winner getting Cotto or Williams?-- but we all know that will never happen.

Torres best bet is trying to get the winner of Ndougjo-Urango if he stays @140.
If Quintana ankle is not healed in time, Clottey should target Mora or Santos.
