Clottey-Quintana or Torres?

This fight needs to happen. Since Cintron taking on Martinez for more money and exposure. Quintana is the only other name @147 or whereever he wants to fight now that isn't signed. He recently injured his ankle but should be fine soon. And Ricardo Torres that pulled out of the Holt fight has not stated if he is staying @140 or moving up could be good option.

torres should fight at 140 as long as he can.

I like the suggestion of both fights. It's not like Ricardo Torres is going to get much done at 140 and he couldn't make the weight for the holt fight. Might as well just sell him off.

Also Torres-Clottey is more entertaining then say Quintana Clottey.
