      two different terms entirely....
roy was in his best condition, he just couldn't move out
the way of punches because he no longer has reflexes....
reflexes have nothing to do with condition....
reflexes are a physical attribute that are enhanced with age being
      the key....
as athlete myself i can tell you how my condition is the same
now as when i was 17, but at 17 i could jump higher (im 25 now)
why could i jump higher back then? age
i can still run 5 miles , swim , jog, run all the bull**** that
measures my condition, but in the reflex department
things aren't quite the same....im not as fast, but i can
      still get the job done

      basically, condition vs reflexes
i can do the same stuff physically, just not at the same rate
why? because my reflexes have eroded, yet my condition
remains the same, therefore i am able to do the same stuff
      just not as quick
Your the one who said "Take it from the fighter" I'm tellin you...alot of fighters bull**** and sometimes don't listen to themselves

Never did I say anything about reflexes

You are just being biased if you think Hopkins looked the same against Pavlik than what he did against Trinidad. There is no way Hopkins could of used the ring the way he did against Trinidad in the Pavlik fight, because that is one of the things that goes with age stamina! and that was proven in the Taylor fights and the Calzghe fight.

We cant tell, but we are allowed to be observant and apply our commonsense. We can usually see what period a fighters best performances came in, because there is usually a pattern where they looked at their best in consecutive fights etc.
i'd have to disagree, i just think fighters learn from experience
and make adjustments, but it wouldn't matter
because bernard at his MENTAL AND PHYSICAL PRIME
wouldn't be able to handle a PRIME RJ

i meant the fighters themselves, such
as bernard acknowledging when he was in his "PRIME"

            NO HOLDING

That is all Hopkins done for the last 2/3 rounds!

Hopkins workrate was not great in the Pavlik fight, its just Calzaghe was making Hopkins work whilst Pavlik wasn't throwing anything, it was a slow pace thats why Hopkins managed to beat him.

you tried saying we shouldn't believe roy was in his
best CONDITION when he said he was....
he looked bad in that fight against joe but it
wasn't his condition...it was his reflexes

pavilk was throwing, bernard turned him and hit him
and calzaghe was simply too fast and had great reflexes
                  bernard can't handle that

Haven't you noticed how B-Hop has been VERY preservative towards his energy.
