if only ricky had the balls to fight dela hoya before (he turned it down because he was to big for him lolz), see what courage can bring to the person who possess it?, he could have commanded more money, since the pacman showed him the way, the pacman should get the bigger purse imo.
No he didn't he turned it down because he'd agreed to fight Malignaggi.Comment

50/50 is spot on IMO. Hatton could bring 10,000 people into a ****ing alley to watch him fight my sister.Comment

According to Ricky Hatton's legal counsel, Gareth Williams, Hatton and his team will only consider a fight with Manny Pacquiao, on May 2, if the deal is a 50-50 split. It was revealed that Pacquiao is looking for a higher precentage, as much as a 60-40 split. Franklin Gacal, Pacquiao's lawyer, said Manny will not accept an equal split of the money. [details]Comment

If he'd pulled out against Paulie, it would look like he was ducking his main rival at 140 to cash in on an old Oscar.Comment

Pacquiao is the one making unreasonable demands which seems to suggest he doesnt really fancy the job.....Comment

Because Hatton is desperate to be P4P #1. It's all he ever talks about. I saw a recent interview and he mentioned it no less than 3 times within a very short paragraph.
That's what Pacquiao brings. And that's what Hatton wants. Funny though, even if he did beat Pac it wouldn't make him P4P #1.
