im not a cheerleader like you kid.... i already told you.. if gonzalez gets a belt @ 108 calderon will gladly fight him why??? cos that would do something for his legacy....

not going back and get the 105 belt... and then again... see how no ones wants to unify with him...

boxing works in different ways but in situation like this..

u pay to the sanction bodies they rank you and eventually if u win your fights you become the challenger for a belt.

have gonzalez done that..??/ coz if not... the only way to get a shot to the belt is that you bring enough money to the table so you can pay a sum to the challenger or the sanction body to step aside in order to let you fight the champion....

or that your name is big enough that the champions knows that you will bring good money for both.

To shed a bit of light on this subject, Calderon has been training for a while and in a November interview, which is on Youtube he was talking of going back to 105, his words.
Gonzalez has not signed his first defense yet but it is looking like it will be in Japan in March, as Teiken are co promoting him and the money is there.
Any fight with Calderon is probably not going to happen until late fall by which time Gonzalez will have moved up and it will be a very sellable fight or
Calderon wants to come down and do it at 105.

he wants Nietes from Philipines moving down or Omar Narvaez of Argentina moving up. He says hes not just gonna move down, so hes basicly thinking too much hes thinking of everything wether stay, move down, move up, fly away, hop on a spaceship orbit earth, common this could mean anything
