How does you guys see the chances of a rematch between the two in 09?
simply... who is gonna pay to watch that ?

      That would also work.

But people like to churn out the same **** like it's new; I see you resisting the temptation thus far.

I'm tired of discussing Calzaghe, I'm a big fan. But for a multi-dimensional hate figure: he doesn't offer too much scope. We only seem to debate his resume on this site; and of course now and again some **** will actually say he can't fight -thus proving themselves - a child.

If you think that those wars are debates half the time you've missed the fun.....

I never said he can't fight. I've only pointed to the mental imbalances amongst most of his fans. Which seems to still be the case for most of them (not all obviously).

I also enjoy that it was a clear win.

            Olympic scoring rules!
what's funny is I was predicting a Hopkins win and was also rooting for him to win. I was half embarassed that he lost ...telling everyone that Joe is in over his head. But whatver...

Hate to say this AGAIN, anyone who scored that fight for Hopkins was clearly biased and only score what you want to score.

Even big Hopkins fans admitt Calzaghe won, the Taylor fight you may have a case but not with the Joe fight.

really, because, i was sitting ringside for the fight and all the calzaghe fans around me thought that calzaghe lost and that hopkins should've got the nod. they all said that the scoring would more than likely gone the other way had the fight been in the UK. they said that they score more on damage and not volume.

all i know, is that there should be a rematch..................if calzaghe doesnt give a rematch, i understand, it's apart if his modus operandi.

my thing is this, if calzaghe had such an easy fight with hopkins? why not rematch hopkins? why is he more willing to rematch jones? who didn't even put up a fight?
