His career high purse was 1M$ against Hatton, and if he's not so good with money, like many, many boxers arent, then he might not have all that much in the bank. I think he's going to have to play it smart from now on..

I heard around 1.5 million dollars, but anyway your forgetting he also had a pretty big fight with Migeul Cotto were both had not been beaten and it was on the Puerto Rico day parade and it went a PPV.And he also made 2 title defences which will of earnt some decent cash. So assuming he is good with money and dosen't waste it all and make bad investments i think he will be ok for a while.

Yeah i think his hands are starting to effect him mentally, but there are still options out there for him.A fight with Zab would be big in new york,and Dmitriy Salita would also be good. And if not with them he could go after some titles at 140, such as Holt, Bradley,etc. But there has been talk of retirment, and if so he will of earned some pretty big money out of the game. so lets wait and see.
