I ll go with Paulie Malignaggi and Zab Judah.
Zab Judah still gets title fights based on KO over Spinks in 2005.He is going down to 140 and he wont do ****.Pauli Malignaggi in my opinion lost second Ndou fight and Ngoudjo fight and got killed by fattie Hatton.

Picking a Brooklyn fighter like Zab or Paulie is usually a safe choice. The East coast media is always nuthugging them.

I went through the whole thread and got a see a bunch of Zab Judahs, Calzaghes, Paul Willaims, a couple of Margaritos, A couple of Chad Dawsons, A couple of Maliniaggi,s AND 1 MIGUEL COTTO. TELL ME THIS GUYS FLAWED IS NOT LOST!.
I see a case for all of these guys: but Cotto? Got HATE?
Calzaghe: slap boxer fighting old men
Judah: he would be the best if fights lasted 5 rounds
PW- gets more credit for being the new......most feared man
Paulie- is doing what his idol Camacho did, but at least Camacho won some.
Margarito- made his name on one fighter..Cotto
Chad Dawson...is hmmm I just think its a little early.
