Juarez had a detatched retina since the Barrera fight and had double-vision and in the first round Juarez was cut. By the second round Juarez's face was full of blood and managed to make it all 12 rounds, JMM didn't even come close to stopping Juarez much less even dropping him...

if JMM couln't stop a double-vision, cut above the eyebrow, blood covered fighter why would he stop the faster and more active version of Rocky Juarez?? I love JMM and think he will win but he ain't stopping Diaz.

I believe the fight will go the distance...

I dont think Ive ever seen Juarez come close to hitting the floor so your example is pretty weak. I wonder why you didn't use Casamayor as an example.

He was stating all the disadvantages and handicaps Rocky had in that fight. Well, being "old and past it" are also disadvantages and handicaps. Threadstarter just wanted to find a reason to discredit JMM. I don't think he will KO Diaz, he could stun him, thats about it.

I'm not agreeing with the Thread starter as Rocky has a good chin and is known to be a tough mother****er, but using Casamayor as an example is pretty weak because not only he old and past it, he also lost plenty due to his wars with Corrales, Castillo and Freitas...he was also knocked down and hurt by a club fighter in Katsidis as well as getting a gift decision against Santa Cruz which showed serious signs, that its seriously time to go Joel, the previous fights like I stated took a lot of him yet he still gave JMM a competitive fight.

For the record I believe JMM will win this one pretty easily, possibly by TKO.

Well Marquez has won 13 decisions and scored 36 KO's, so I have no idea what you are talking about. JMM has always been a hard puncher.
