how long have you been watching/doing boxing to come up with this pearl?

I guess you should have used Corrales and Castillo performance against Maywether to pick in Corrales-Castillo.

Or Ali and Foreman performance against Frazier and Norton to pick in Foreman-Ali

      and so on...

Unless pac comes in the hatton fight with the plan to fight him on the inside (which I am betting *anything* is not going to be his plan), there is nothing to be learned on how he would do against zoo. nothing.

I see this as a horrible style matchup for Pac. You see something I don't see in Pac's ability to not get hit. I am curious why you think so?

I have not seeing anything friom Pac which makes me think he would manage to stay out of trouble long enough.

I agree that he is very fast, but the only fights in which I have seen hints of a defensive mind have been the last two, and prime Zoo is a different beast than Diaz or this version of Oscar. Not to mention that straight right lands like a beauty on a southpaw.
Has anyone seen the destruction that PAC's straight left has done from 106 to 147, I just thought I'd ask.

In a head to head matchup, PAC being the naturally smaller dude, I'd pick Tszyu.

PAC P4P against Tszyu, ooh wee, it's a very interesting matchup indeed. I'm leanin' towards PAC.

PAC's overall career vs Tszyu's overall career
, It ain't even up for debate PAC takes it.

          You mean 106 - 130.

he has one fight at 135 to a guy KTFO by Holt, not accumilation KTFO.

He has one fight at 147 to a guy who looked hurt before a punch was throw.

Reality people, Pac has power at SFW, but he didn't show anything like the power of Holt and Tzsyu would eat 10 Holts for a warmup before moving on to someone good.

I'm 60% sure he beats hatton because he's a southy but he ain't knocking anyone out.

            So what's your point?

Isnt this about a head to head matchup?

p4p different story of course, but zoo's style is still all wrong for pac.

You either need to focus on defense against zoo, or constantly rough him up. pac has volume of punches but he is not an up close type of fighter, and that's where you want to be if you want to fight zoo aggressively and not worry about that right hand.

at 140 pac loses cause he's the smaller guy

p4p I also like pac in a tough fight

              i agree pac's career > tszyu's

let's see how pac does at 140 first.

if he can take on guys at 140 consistently then we can make a better judgement.

                as far as right now......

king kostya all the way in this one.

Awesome link Left hook, it really annoys me when people say Tzsyu was shot against Hatton, the guy was no more shot than Cotto was against Marg.

Anyone who watches the 2nd Mitchell fight can't ever say Tzsyu was shot, top boxer, top person, top career.

lol everytime kostya is mentioned i post that video. it's my favorite kostya video on youtube.

as far as kostya being shot......he wasn't shot.

he was certainly old and a bit past prime but definitely not shot.

that version of kostya still beats everyone at 140 at the time.

if kostya was a bit younger would it make a difference? maybe but it doesn't take anything away from hatton. no one at 140 atm but hatton would have beat that kostya.

people bring up the layoff but they forget kostya ktfo sharmba (who was still top 3-4 at 140 at the time) only a few months before the hatton fight.

hatton-kostya was very competitive. it was a tough , grueling fight......kostya was not shot.

I watched the second mitchell fight and my only thought was "****, Ricky is going to get BATTERED"

It will be interesting to see if opinion is just as against Hatton Vs Pacman, I for one will never give Ricky less than 25% chance to beat anyone at LWW, reincarnate Ali at 140 and i might drop it to 20%, SRR i'll just pretend it's not happening...
