Vanes is moving way too slow
Ward is talented but protected, the same with Peterson.
      Mares should've been there already.
      Gamboa is the wild card.
He never fought mayorga was supposed to but mayorga pulled out

I didn't even realize there were that many "Hispanics" in there. Some of them are American. What's your point?

I picked Gamboa because, providing he doesn't get KTFO in the process, someone's bound to shoot him up into the higher ranks for a belt (I dunno what this interim 126 title is that he's supposed to be fighting for). He's getting out there so frequently, hence being the one getting noticed big time.

However, I would've liked to have said Ortiz... but I don't think the guy's moving along fast enough. Maybe next year he'll go big, but this year I only see him fighting more stiffs or C-class guys (unless they blast him straight to Kotelnik for his belt, which would be awesome).

Hopefully one day we'll be lucky enough to see him fight Juanma Lopez, how good would that be?

So much for the Angulo and Ortiz votes and Juanma is not really a "prospect" so it looks like Gamboa should be the one, provided he gets more publicity.

I know your not a fan, but I think vanes is in a position for some big fights before the year ends, tsurkan was a solid gatekeeper and he passed him easily.
