I will go out on a limb and say Andre Ward, he is calling out all the big boys this year, I think he has the talent to pull off some huge wins.
Also I think its funny nobody voted for Mares, that kid has some serious talent.
Aside from those two Angulo will have a very big year.

Yeah, Mares has what it takes to make some noise this year, hope he get the exposure he deserves.

Yeah tall fighters should use the stand up stance but it seems that the majority of eastern fighters use this stance even when they are smaller fighters and that style does not suit them well.

Bernabe Concepcion just moved up to feather and stopped his opponent to win WBC International featherweight title. Good 2009 start for this prospect don't you think?

I don't know if you can consider Juan Manuel Lopez a prospect. He's a titlist with two defenses of that belt. Otherwise, if we're just speaking of young fighters why not include Jorge Linares on the list? He's younger than Lopez.

I asked the TS about that too, since Breidis Prescott and Concepcion wasn't on the list but a current Champ like Lopez is. I guess this is just one of those biased polls.
