What if Juan Diaz beats JMM?

Will he be the next big star? Say he takes a close but fair SD...

In My Opinion it will actually do good for boxing, a young guy who has another 10 years to go in the sport, beats a legend. But if JMM beats Diaz baddly it will **** on the sport because JMM is already 35 retirement is coming pretty soon I say 2 more years tops.

First of all, I don't think JMM is a legend. But it wouldn't surprise me if Diaz won, not at all. Diaz is a great fighter and I think a bit underrated. The guy absolutely schoold Katsidis, who had a very tough fight with Casamayor.

Diaz would be a great person to represent boxing. He is squeeky clean in terms of lifestyle, and shows that you can balance a regular life with that of a boxing star.

So true, he is a boxing star, and he is a law student at U of H...now that's something! Talk about a busy schedule.

Marquez not a legend? Please put down that glue you're sniffing. He is arguably the only fighter to give Pac serious problems, the only one to stop Casamayor, and probably in the top five of the best boxer/punchers of the last 10 years. He also might be the only fighter in the sport that doesn't have a definitive flaw in his game.

Yeah I got third row floor risers. I haven't seen the Chris John- Marquez fight, but from what I heard John got the hometown nod, as has been the case with some of his other fights from what im told. I think he's a counter puncher, and Juarez never leads, so might make for a slow fight. He does'nt seem to have much KO power either.

Believe me, Rocky destroys John. I've seen this guy John, and he's never fought anyone besides that controversial JMM fight. I would be surprised if John isn't ko'd.
