When has Mosley slowed down late in his fights? People keep bringing this up but more and more Mosley turns on late in his fights, he isnt going anywhere against Margarito.
And everyone talking about Pavlik getting the decision over Rubio? Rubio will come right to Pavlik, he will stand right in front of him. Rubio is not a Taylor or a Hopkins that can avoid Kelly's power, he will trade with Pavlik and be KTFO by the mid rounds.

I don't agree with Mosley being gone if he loses, there are a ton of fights he can make.
Cotto won't lose, Jennings isn't even the best WW in the UK, he's not even gone if he loses the rematch with Marg.
Pavlik should win, Rubio is a solid but he's not got the chin to stay with Pavlik, I suppose if pavlik's confidence is shot he could be in trouble.

Why is it do or die? That's the problem and attitude with boxing. Build a record to 100-0 then lose once and you are done. Lesner beat Cotoure to be UFC HW champ in his 3rd fite. So a guy loses 7X So what. If hes shot I get it. There are a ton of guys who lose and fight. Let them be. Thats what they do. FIGHT.

Pavlik will have lil difficulty wit Rubio and should handily stop him.

Cotto will maul Jennings, but will get KTFO worse by Marg in a the rematch.

Winky will be to rusty to keep up wit Pwill. He'll win some early rds, but will be outworked to a decision.

Tarver will get schooled by Dawson again.
agree on everything except for the winky fight...i believe he will be a very difficult opponent for Pwill, in my opinion is a 50/50 fight

They gotta make it so dramatic...sheesh.

Those records aren't that bad. Mosely lost to Cotto, Pavlik Lost to Bernard, and Cotto lost to Margarito. And Winky lost to Bernard. It's not like they're losers. I still consider them elite fighters.

Mosley will probably be stopped by Margarito in the 8th round.

The Pavlik fight hits home seeing as I am from the greater Y-Town area and attend school here. I will be attending this fight and will be rooting against him. In any case, he should KO Rubio in maybe the 7th round. Yes Rubio has greater boxing ability and that is why I am thinking he will make it 7. However, he will make the same mistake he made against Ornealas (sp?) and stand blow for blow with Pavlik and eventually get ko'd.

Cotto will win by 3rd round knockout

Paul Williams will get a VERY one-sided decision

Tarver will get ko'd in 6

whoa.....P-Will makes Winky quit??? Williams's jab will prevent Winky from mounting any kind of offense??? I think not, Y'all musta forgot. Rust or no rust, Winky wins a clear cut decision after frustrating, and yes, PUNISHING the Aiken,SC native...In the immortal words of Benie Siegel (State Property), "That's my man Winky - He'll knock you the **** out!"

This article is wrong in so many ways. Maybe Winky are Tarver are in a do or die situation, but the rest are not close to that. They are all exiting fighters that people like to watch win or lose.

They aren't even 30 yet and you are already writing them off.
cosign. plus, these guys are all established names in the soprt. they lose, they might not get the CHAMPIONSHIP fights they want, right away, but b/c of their names, they'll all continue to get big fights........

cosign too. pavlik beats rubio by decision???? LMAO!!!!

mosley has never had a stamina problem, and never been KO'ed.......margarito aint superman, and i dont think he can beat mosley if it goes to the cards................

mosley wins, and shocks the world, and at the same time, taking a lil' hype away from the cotto-margarito rematch.

there's something to be said, for "old" fighters who have never been KO'ed. they're doing something right. mosley has a helluva chin, just like antonio, and mosley actually has a better KO percentage than margarito too.

yet and still, if mosley plans on "boxing for 12" and not trying to be spectacular w/ a KO, like cotto did, mosley wins a ud.
