The Welterweight is proberbly the strongest weight divison in boxing at the minute. Margarito would rather fight in this divison than a weak light middle division... He deserves credit for this.

He would rather fight small men too, because he knows he would get pwned in his real division where the guys can hurt him and take his power.

I dont know in a way yes, but in another way no, because its not a fair fight if he is exploiting the weigh in procedure to get down to 147lbs when he is clearly not a 147lbs. If the weigh in was an 1 hour before the fight it would prove that he is no 147lbs fighter.

Think about like this if, Margarito,Williams,Clottey,Cintron were fighting in the natural weight div the LMW div would be the place to be not the WW div, especially when you have guys like Angulo,Martinez,Greene on the fringes too.
