Chris John -VS- Rocky Juarez? Poll!

I just heard about this on Billy C.'s Radioshow. I'm shocked no one is talking about it. It's confirmed on boxrec(whatever that's worth.) Chris John is finally coming out of his safety zone! Who does everyone have in this fight? This is going to be the undercard for the JMM/Juan Diaz fight.. Are they setting up a rematch for Chris John? This kind of wierd if it happens. Poll to follow.

I made a thread about the fight but it got bumped down and I think it's on the main page of the website.

Talk about anything boxing related here. Where the boxing discussion is always Non Stop!

      Anyways, John by decision.

Yeah, I never heard this was happening. I'm sure this thread will fade off too, but this will definitely be a very entertaining evening of boxing. Great card. Silencers, why do you think they have chris john on same card as JMM? They can't possibly be trying to set up another fight can they? That seems a bit unlikely. Also, I have been unable to get my hands on the JMM/Chris John fight. In your unbiased opinion how did you score that. If you saw the fight that is.

Marquez camp don't want a piece of Chris John again, When John camp try to settle a rematch against Marquez camp they turn it down as fast as they could cuz they know Marquez couldn't beat John at any sport.

If the fight happen John vs Juarez. John will school Juarez like he did to the universally recognize p4p no. 4 Juan Manuel Marquez...

I'm sure Marquez could beat John at some sport?.. Curling, Badmitton.. I haven't seen the fight so I can't be certain of the disparity in athletic abilities.

Actually Badminton is the most popular sport in Indonesia so chances are John beats Marquez at Badminton

Maybe it's to just give John some exposure, I don't think there's too much interest in a rematch between them apart from people crying robbery over the fight, it was a dull fight and not a robbery IMO, some rounds were hard to score because of it's lack of action, they are both counterpunchers, both very good counterpunchers, so they were both trying to get the other to lead which never happened which led to the fight being hard to score and quite dull, it's not inconceivable that John won that fight, especially with JMM getting 2 points deducted for low blows

They are fighting 2 divisions apart right now, JMM also has bigger fights for bigger money to look forward to than a rematch with John, maybe it's also to stir up some interest in a John-Luevano fight or create more interest in a Juarez-Luevano fight, Juarez and Luevano were rivals in the amateurs, John-Luevano would probably be a pretty dull fight though.
