did prime verno ever fight really good fighters in their prime like cotto and williams i think not. verno has accomplished more but judging by the eye test i think quintana is the better fighter. his boxing against julio and williams 1 was great.

Best wins against really good - great fighters in their real primes were Cory Spinks & Julio Cesar Vazquez.

McKart & Aquino were good wins

Lerma, Bojorquez, Llanes, Cardona, Flores, & Reid were all solid fighter, but nothing really special.
