Frazier could easily win too, but i think id still have to favour the much bigger man with the punching power and great jab to Frazier's skills and possibly questionable chin

Not really no, because its nonsensical to count out a guy who is allowed to hit the other guy back, especially when the guy happens to be a pretty decent fighter himself and outweighs Frazier by a considerable margin, and above all is how many inches bigger in height with a huge reach and good power.
