A generic foreman destroyed Frasier. What do you think a guy with more power, a faster punch, better technique, better stamina, better footwork and an extra two and a half inches in height would do to Frazier?

Seriously you're letting romantacism cloud your judgement here. Frasier vs Wlad would at best be very much like Wlad vs Ibragimov only without the slick counter punching. Frasier could move his head, bob and weave all he liked but when Wlad jabs he'll feel it regardless of where it lands. Add to that Wlad's footwork and the result is clear.
If foreman could prevent Frasier from mounting any kind of decent offence by stopping him with power you simply can't argue Wlad wouldn't with all those extra attributes.
