Too many to count. Certainly more failures than successes, by far.

theres a ton of them. I mean, a lot of the names people have said so far are actually guys who HAVE accomplished something in boxing, thats why we're familiar with their names. a lot of the medalists havent done anything worthwhile enough for them to be well known.

seriously, a majority of these guys did absolutely nothing in the pros. Volodymyr Klyčko? Roberto Balado? Alexandre Lebziak? Gaydarbek Gaydarbekov? Jorge Gutiérrez? Bakhtiyar Artayev? Oleg Saitov? Manus Boonjumnong? Mahamadkadyz Abdullaev? Mario Kindelán? anyone heard of these guys? theyre the gold medalists, too.

the Olympics may be the best amateurs, but theres a big step up in class from amateur to professional. probebly the best example of this is Pete Radamacher, heavyweight gold medalist. in his first pro fight he fought Floyd Patterson for the heavyweight title, coming right off his win of the Gold Medal, and then fought Zora Folley right after.
he got knocked down 10 times in his first two pro fights.

Amir Khan hasn't done much since winning silver, he has just fought bums and has been over hyped by the British media until he got KO'd by Breidis Prescott in the 1st round... He has proved great hand speed, but proved to have a terrible chin.

Audley Harrison has also done nothing, he tried to make a comeback and in his past 3 fights he has been terrible... I would like to see him do well, but he has shown he simply doesn't have it.

Not many people in the Olympics have achieved much in the pro's, because there is a massive difference between fighting in the amateur's and fighting in the pro's, you could be a fantastic amateur with an amazing record, but then go on to be a mediocre pro.
