yep, we will very rarely see the top 2 best in the world fight... well with these two its actually the the two joint best p4p champions fighting for p4p supremacy.

Floyd needs this fight and so does Manny... 10 years down the line, people will refer to Manny as always being 2nd to Floyd and only getting the no1 spot when Floyd retired.

Floyd needs this fight to prove to the doubters that he really is top dog. The thing with Floyd is that he will always have critics but this fight could severly increase his popularity and his ATG status. It could be the fight that defines him as a fighter. Pacquiao's already had these career defining fights with Morales, Barrera and Marquez.

This is the fight we all want to watch.

It's a big $ fight, but Pac don't need PBF. He should unifyin 135 after Hatton if he can still make that weight comfortably.

he can't make 135 anymore, but he will probably call up jmm from 135 for a final fight and retire.

hmmmm one fight comes to mind as far as importance of 2 great fighters in their prime at the time would be Oscar vs. Tito at welterweight... both undefeated and #1 in their division and it happened exactly 10 years ago... I was super duper hyped for that fight..

Now we have pac and floyd who are both #1 pound for pound in multi divisions...can't get any better than that..

Who can Pac fight at 135 that can make half - hell, a quarter - of what a Mayweather fight would?
