I think it is gonna be a great fight, my prediction is Pacquiao by decision, or maybe late TKO. However I want Hatton to win because I am a fan of him... but I can just see Pacman taking this one. I will have to see what i think/feel closer to the fight though, and see if I change my mind.

TKO for Pacman. Hatton's face will get ruined this fight. Hatton has decent offense but his defense is not nearly good enough to hold off a blazing Pacman.
        I think Hatton beats Pac.

Pacman has to fight just like the DLH fight....use distance in and out never at one distance and pace

Yes, I see Ricky more as a "Mauler" type boxer and he will give the Pacman a much harder time than most of his recent past opponents. I've envisioned the Hitman charging after the Pacman early in the fight looking to get a knockout. The Pacman isn't going to allow Ricky any opportunity to corner him and will tatter him. Knowing that the Hitman cuts easily from past encounters in the ring, I've envisioned him being cut over one eye and is hampered by this. The Pacman will take advantage of this and will continue the "Pac-Attack" plan on Ricky. Between rounds 7 and 10 the Hitman will be running out of ideas to counter the Pacman's assault. I see the end coming for Ricky possibly before the 10th round. This will be a good fight to watch indeed! JAT

pacman needs not to train hard on this one, he grew up knocking out opponent with ricky hatton style if you remember.. pacman will just bring back his old style back in the 90's.

Though i believe that Pacquiao won 2x against JMM, Pacquaio obviously has a problem with JMM style being counter-puncher. But Hatton is not JMM, and that would explained why most of Pacquaio opponents lost to him!

Nah! Pacman would be strong in close fights and all who wanted to fight him toe to toe ended up mercilessly mauled! It had changed when he was facing ODLH because of his reach advantage, but to Hatton with almost equal reach and height with Pacman, it would be a good fight, but I agree veering with Pacman!

He will definately have more of a physical fight with Hatton than he did with De La Hoya, not taking credit from Pacmans win but De La Hoya was dreadful in the fight. Against Hatton there will be a lot more inside fighting, as you know Hatton tends to wrestle his opponents against the ropes and go for body shots. Therese no doubt in my mind that he will have a harder fight with Hatton.
