I guess, but he's not at the point of the layoff where he hasn't been training. He was training, but got injured. He's not going to be that far gone and even with the layoff, a couple of things to consider:

    1. Who would give Williams a tougher fight: Winky at 160 or Shane at 147?

    2. Who would give Margarito a tougher fight: Winky at 160 or Shane at 147?

Same answer for both of them. Unless Winky is somehow Jose Luis Castillo shot where he can't even move his legs and seems incredibly sluggish, then it is Shane, but for right now it is Winky.

Clearly a win over Wright is bigger. Margarito is probably favored over Mosley as he should be. If Mosley fought smart he could beat Margarito going away, but he has too much macho in his style.

Wright's name has lost a lotta clout due to his inactivity. That and ring rust will likely lead to an easy UD for Pwill. I think Marg will beat SSM, but will have to work a lot harder to do so. As stated by TS, SSM is also comin off a win and is still highly rated at 147.

Winky, Winky is bigger and just as skilled as shane he beat Shane twice. Shane looked bad in KOing Mayorga in his last fight and his skills looked to have slipped considerably. Winky on the other hand employs a defensive style and a great jab so he doesn't rely on athleticism as much as Shane so the layoff proberbly won't affect him all that much.

Even with a layoff I've never ever seen anyone beat Winky "easy".

I said that in anticipation of Winky not bein what he was at his best. If he is, then not only is Pwill not winnin easily, he ain't winnin at all.

Does it matter that Shane is really coming off a win? I mean not only did he look terrible in doing so, but I'm pretty sure Winky could easily beat the **** out of Ricardo Mayorga.

Winky would give Margarito a harder fight then Shane will and he'd give a harder fight for Williams too.

Mosley win is bigger than a Winky at this point. Yes Shane didn't look too good against Mayorga, but that was at 154. If Winky would of kept being active then I would of voted for Winky.

I think....if Mosely can pull of a win in good form, then it'll be really good for his career. If he get stopped by Margarito (which is likely to happen) then i think his career might start to go downhill.

Personally, i hope that Mosely wins. I don't really see it at the moment, but it'd be good for Mosely. Mosely won the Mayorga fight and made the fight with Cotto really competitive.

Even though he lost the Cotto fight (I think it was due to politics) Mosely is still considered strong.

I ain't trippin if he did/does steroids. Everyone could use a booster now and then.
