I also think Rivera and David Estrada punches harder than Collazo.
conveniently you ignored the fact that Berto's trainer rips his glove to buy him time.

probably cause he was only a little stunned right?

because the round was over when he got up, and his corner held up the start of the next round for nearly a minute.

why would his trainer rip his tape loose if he was fine?
Ive seen fighters remain hurt even when they go to their corner, and clearly his eye's were clear when he got there. For example look at Barrios against Freitas, he was actually ''badly hurt'' in the 11 round and was stopped in the 12th from that same punch. Berto was hit after that with some good punches and didn't even flinch. Also, it was smart for his corner to rip his tape. Weather he was hurt or not, he wants to make sure his fighter is okay.

An example of someone that's ''badly hurt'' and stays hurt. Watch at 2:22. Berto not only got up but won most of those later rounds without much problems and if someone has badly hurt, normally they don't get up smiling and dominates the rest of the fight. And even though you feel that Collazo will somehow ''stop Berto'' (even though he couldn't stop a blown up and vulnerable Hatton) Collazo is not a finisher. He had Hatton out on his feet in the later rounds and couldn't even score a legit knockdown. What top welterweight has he even stopped?

Collazo is definately not a ko artist.
there was a fight in chicago when he defended his belt against miguel angel gonzalez. (he was definately pass his prime) but gonzalez fought the best and was never knoced out, collazo was all over her and i think the got a tko in the 7th.
i think it was in the undercard of rahman and barret or something like that. a don king card.
          can anyone verify?

I can verify that it was Collazo who knocked Gaonzalez out.

nah, i was just confused by your post.

my prediction of Collazo is all about what Berto hasn't done not necessarily that I think very highly of Luis.

I will say that I believe Collazo would be undefeated himself having fought the exact same opponents as Berto.

Berto is a lot of style but has not shown any real substance, never been in deep water and ultimately never beaten anyone of Collazo's caliber.

Just having been in the ring with guys like Hatton and Mosley will give Collazo an advantage in this fight. His resume lacks big names as well in the W department but he has shown he can hang with the best in the world.
