I think this is the perfect test for Berto. A previous WW champion that is dangerous, but not TOO dangerous. A fighter that has been in there tough against top opponents but has also lost those fights. I think Berto has been waiting for this for a long time and will take the victory, the question to me is not if he is going to lose, but will he get hurt? Will it go the distance? Will he look impressive and knock Collazo out? I guess those questions will be answered come January 17th. For sure a good fight!

I really think this would be a tough, tough fight for Berto if he wins.

Andre Berto is going to get knocked out.

This fight will be similar to Nate Campbell vs. Juan Diaz in a lot of ways.

This is a great match up for Berto. A perfect set up for stardom if he wins.
Collazo has been too inactive which gives Berto the upper hand though IMO.
This should be a hard tough and very interesting fight though.

collazo will know this is his chance to mark himself out as something more than just a gatekeeper for the division he will bring everything he has and empty the tank. i dont think he'll leave anything behind, hes lost his 2 big fights before and he knows that another loss means that he wont get a look in for the bigger fights vs the likes of marg, cotto and clottey.

as for berto, he should be confident of his chances, he has a good chance to add a very respectable name to his resume. collazo has been inactive and berto will be looking to capitalise on that ring rust.

imo, collazo will win by KO. i think berto is a good fighter but not as good as he is made out to be he wasstaggered at times by forbes and collazo imo is just too hungry, berto wont be able to keep him off him.

collazo is no threat to berto at all imo. collazo is good but a bit overrated from his fight with hatton. berto will pound him with ease

Collazo is a good and slick fighter but he's lazy with his training. And as others have already said the inactivity will not help.
