I think this was what he meant. Margo was a bit dazed @ 1:12 and tried to hold back as much as he could.

The obvious choice might be Margarito if we're talking at welter weight but certainly it's difficult to compare since Manny has been fighting at the lower weights and so far he hasn't been staggered on those weights below 147. Also Mannys style is difficult to hit w/c means he is seldom hit in the chin unlike Margo who is a come forward guy. Both have great chin w/ respect to their weight classes though Pacquiao has been unto several weight classes below 147 while Margo stayed more at welterweight.
