Hopkins is the only American fighter that deserves to be in the Top 10.

Williams is nothing special. He can only be successful picking on smaller fighters, he has a huge height (6'3) and reach (82") advantage over all the small men he faces at 147/154. Williams should move up and pick on someone his own size.
What about Chad Dawson?????? Williams does move up too he fought at 160

Williams hasn't beaten anybody with a pulse at 154 or 160. Verno Phillips was the weakest title holder in boxing.

Boxing should not only have a weight limit but a height and reach minimum and maximun limit to go along with that weight. Freaks like Williams and Caballero are milking this uncanny physical advantage to the hilt.

Williams doesn't deserve to be in the top 10 P4P, in time maybe. Hope to see Dawson there one day, he's just beating up on old guys though.

I'll tell ya. It is certainly weighing in on B-Hop's mind. He thinks: geez, if I retire there will be no americans in the top ten of some purely subjective p4p list... I better not retire... that is incredibly important for myself and for my country...

Oh wait. Hopkins isn't a complete moron. You know what, he probably doesn't give a ****.

Its possible that their could be 4 americans in the top 10 by the end of the year

                  Hopkins
Dawson, if he beats Calzaghe or Hopkins
Williams if he gets a shot at Margarito
Mayweather, if he returns and beats Pacquiao/Hatton winner
