I'm telling you people don't believe the Hype. Manny Pacquiao is an excellent fighter who shows improvement but don't be surprised if Ricky Hatton beats him. You guys should reflect on the fight with Pauli Malignaggi (and yes I do know Manny is better than Pauli) But looking at the technical aspect of it Hatton closed the gap on a much better boxer (Supposedly) He took it to Malignaggi & didn't give him no room to box. Ricky Hatton didn't hold much & he hurt Pauli with every hit basically. Pacquiao is not a defense wizard & Hatton is not De La Hoya, Manny will not be able to box around Ricky without having to engage him. In my opinion the fight can go either way. & for the record I think Hatton hits harder than Manny especially since Ricky is a natural 140 pounder. Freddie Roach knows the deal.

in my opinion the fight is 70- 30 to pac winning. superior skills will be the decisive factor. and people are putting to much emphasis on hattons size. they are basically the same size. pac fights well at welter so i don't see it being an issue. overall putting together the facts its hard not to see pac winning. however anything can happen in boxing, thats what makes it so intriguing.

Though Hatton can stop Manny, or prob has a better chance than vice versa.

Hatton will win this fight, Pacquiao will not be able to cope. PBF knocked out a smaller guy with no corner, no gameplan, a hot head fighting above his weight with a joke as a ref. This will be the fastest most ferocious Hatton we have ever seen, marke my words, Pacquiao will be destroyed.

It's not the speed that will trouble Hatton, it's Pacman's angles and wether Hatton can deal with them.

thats the two keys to the fight for me.

Can Hatton cope with Pacmans elite angles and mental game.
Vs
Can Pacman cope with the weight step up against a guy in his natural weight class.

Both of those will be tested because Hatton will be able to close pacman down, as his footwork is hugely underrated but it's what happens when he gets there, it'll either be a long day for Pacman or Hatton will be ineffective and lose, I suspect it will be a combination of both resulting in a tight fight.

how Mayweather Sr improved Hatton? he still was getting tag with the left hook, he still wasnt using his jab, he still was rushing in with his guard open!!!

I think maybe that is because Malignaggi can't punc hard at all. Hatton won't do that against Manny

Hatton haters have been saying that for 18 months.

I won't be either way, in fact i have pacman 60-40 favourite as a Hatton fan, because Pacman is that good.
