Seriously tho for me if i think of him in prime for prime head to head matches then i rate him THE best or at very least top 3 but imma go with the best!

But i got no problem with people ranking him middle of the range on the all time ranks coz his career fell apart big, his prime was short, his competition not as good as some other greats and ofcourse his disgraces.

I guess he does get over rated by some of us but he also gets under rated by lots too.

The Surgeon is biased he just loves a power puncher.

All his losses were after his prime

If you are past your prime at 25, chances are you were just fighting the right opponents. Tyson is one of the most overrated fighters in boxing history.

              Exactly.

How many wars has Holy been in ? to hear the Tyson fans you would think Holyfield was in his prime and Tyson was showing more wear and tear than Ali was showing when he faced Holmes.

After the spinks fight he started to fall apart. Watch Bruno fight the first one. He was getting hit too much.

Prime doesn't always mean how many fights you had or wars you got into. Its about your physical and mental conditioning. What was Tyson weight at 13, he was a freak. Peak very early and his downfall was even quicker

tyson was in his prime vs douglas, he had an off night and did not train properly.

when tyson came back from prison he had no stamina. he was usually done by round 3 and i think it came from weight training to lose fat. when he was younger he did not have all that muscle mass. most fighters that are built up of pure muscle have no stamina at all.
