Why the rematch Chad Dawson vs Antonio Tarver ?

I can't see this fight going any other way other than Dawson with another win!

Who here thinks that Chad might be overlooking Tarver? For a fighter with a questionable chin I;m pretty sure that if Tarver lands a lucky bomb that he very well might KO Dawson, I would even go with Tarver for the upset based on his good rematch preformances, but Tarver looked plain shot last time...I think Dawson will win and win big, but why not drop the IBF trinket it aint worth **** anyways, and fight Glen Johnson who in my book beat Dawson. This is a worthless fight.

One thing the keyboard warriors don't understand is that professional boxing is a business, not a macho contest. Dawson can't force Hopkins or Calzaghe to fight him. It should also be noted that Diaconu can't force Dawson to fight him. There's a lot of ducking going on, and I'm not sure how much of it makes good business sense.

diaconu the all time great romanian fighter? didn't chris henry beat the ever loving **** out of him and knock him down/made him collapse to the canvas about 15 times. the blob couldn't even stand up the last 2 rounds without grabbing onto the ropes/henry. good ol' romanian officials made sure diacano came away with the win and let him take a severe beating for a ****** title. he hasn't fought since and probably never will be the same. brain damage.

i don't know, but i don't think tarver's shot. he beat woods convincingly, but dawson will probably be number 1 at lhw for a while. he already has i think 3 defenses. it'd be good for a fight with cal or hopkins aswell then maybe a fight with whoever is number 1 at smw.
