        Barrera went the full 12 rounds with Pac. Morales quit after only 3 rounds.

          I think that says more about how uninterested Hamed had become in the business than it does about Barrera.

          I think a 99 Hamed would have beaten Barrera, but his ego and poor management and training caught up with him. hamed didn't have great boxing skills he was all power, reflexes and intelligence.

          When he slowed down and stopped listening to his trainers and stopped watching tapes of his opponents he was left with power, and that alone doesn't beat a canny fighter like Barrera, It might have been enough to beat JMM though.

              hamed had wanted the barrera and morales fights for years. he finally gets barrera in the ring in his biggest fight of his career and he's not interested? i don't buy that for a second but then again i'm not british so my brain works properly.
