A Pacquiao fight is a much bigger fight in terms of ppv revenue than a fight with Cotto. A Hatton fight again??? no one wants to see it. How many people in the US will buy that ppv? It'll be big in the UK but not in the US.

Everyone can critisize Floyd all they want... Fact is my question to everyone is when SRL moved up to light heavy (5 weight classes) did he face the best light heavy's? No... and no one would ever dare to critisize him for not taking on the challenges. So why do you critisize Floyd for not fighting the top welters? The guy moved up from supper feather to light middle. Give the guy a break

I hope he comes out of retirement though and faces Margarito and Pacquiao.

        for me okay for everybody.

example......everyone gets on floyd for fighting hatton and oscar.

        that's silly.

hatton and oscar was making him millions and millions of dollars.

i'm a floydhater but even i can't tell floyd not to take that.

        that's ridiculous.

even 1 dollar more , you take.

Let it go people...let it go!

Will these people ever let go? He is retired.
Retirement is the point where a person stops employment completely. Get over it. Buy a doll or action figure of Mayweather and or a poster and close the door to your room and knock yourself out...lol

Personally i feel that Pac is greater than Floyd but Floyd is better

Both are great though and i find it funny how fans of either fighter are disrespecting the other, Fans should know that it looks better if you big up the opposite fighter

I thought Floyd was retired. Strangely enough, he's still the topic of sometimes half the threads on here. Some show unbridled love, others extreme hatred. Not too many middle of the roaders when it comes to FMJ.

This is true, Floyd is more skilled/talented but he wasted his talents. Had he fought better competition he would have been ranked higher than Pac.

let's see pac is 6-3 in championship fights floyd is 18-0. pac has 5 title defenses floyd has 12....by what standard of greatness can a guy who is 66% in championship fights be greater then a fighter who is perfect in championship contests
