I am a Klitschko fan and I want Haye to win...

    Why?

Simple. If Vitali looses to Haye and Wlad beats Chris, Think of the magnitude of a fight between Haye and Wlad.

You will have all of Europe watching!!!

That said, i think Vitali beats Haye, but deep inside I have to admit I want Haye to win just for the awesome Wlad-Haye fight.

    Who is with me???!?!?!

I hear what your saying. As long as Vitali and Wladimir keep winning, the chances of having ONE unified champ are even slimmer.

Problem is, even if Vitali lost, unifying the belts is hard enough.

You know, I'm not following you. Personally, despite being older and having that long bout of inactivity, I still like Vitali's chances a bit better. It's not because I think he's neccessarily the all-and-all better boxer, or that the older Klitschko has weapons his kid brother doesn't. To me, it's more that both Klitschkos are big men but Vitali has a more solid chin and seems to fight with a bit more self confidence.

No one can deny Wladimir is the best heavyweight in the division right now. Based on achievements and his current string of KO's - you can dislike him, but he's the best. That said, he's been fighting much more cautiously the last few years. Obviously it's worked for him, but against who? He'll keep a guy who is ready to go in front of him longer than he needs to. Wlad has developed his jab, learned to pace himself, sought to control the action from bell to end- but he's also lost killer instinct. When he could risk it and throw two big ones- maybe get that devastating finish- he always plays it safe and throws one. Sure, it gives him the 'W' but I just can't help feeling he isn't fighting to his full potential.

In that sense, I think Vitali will fight harder than his younger brother. The Haye victory would- merited or not- launch him back through the stratosphere. He'd be 'back' and then some. If he losses, well, that could be that.

I'm quite impressed with the elder Klitschko stepping up to the plate. I think he'll put out everything to beat Haye...and he has many of the same tricks as his younger brother. So, I wouldn't say I'm rooting for Haye to beat Vitali so the little brother can get a shot. I think the older Klitschko has a good shot, too.

I'm thinkin Haye is gonna win jus based on the fact that Vitali has not fought someone of this caliber in 5 years. Lewis landed big bombs with Vitali in that fight and Vitali's face couldn't take it. Haye has a lot of disadvantages no doubt like a weak chin, (he didn't go down against Monte) hasn't fought someone as tall or powerful as Haye and has 6 rounds experience as a Heavyweight. I think Vitali's performance against Peter has everyone fooled. Peter was slowly ploddin forward in that fight and didn't do much of anythin. Haye get's this one and points will be laid down by me.

Haye admitted he was knocked down by Barrett

If light hitting Barrett can knockdown and hurt Haye....just imagine what Vitali will do to him.

Haye's left hand is too low, he is wide open and susceptible to right hands...Vitali is an accurate powerful precision puncher, he will break Haye's glass chin.

          Easy KO win for Vitali

I think it would be better if Wlad takes the belt from Valuev before he would fight Haye, setting up the biggest fight in a long time.

I'm glad haye has glass chin and ****ty stamina, Vitali is one of my favorite fighters. It would be an embarrassment if a glass chin, ****ty stamina fighter came up and beat him from cruiserweight.

I am not saying I think Haye is going to win, not at all.
I am say that I would perfer Haye to win, so Wlad can unify.

I'm with you on this ......but honestly, do you really think Wlad would fight Haye if he beats Big Brother ??......I mean he fought Chris Byrd, but Byrd can't punch like the Haye.......I hope Haye gets to fight Wlad but I don't think he would if Vitali gets stamped and starched by the Brit.
