Definitely not too big. He's a tall welter, but as long as he can make the weight limit, its fair game.

most boxers make weight because of special weight draining techniques and that leave some people in classes they don't belong to hence some are FORCED to move up in weight as they just can make the weight any more

Is shaq too big for centers, is pac too fast for welters, is lebron too big too be a guard? Does tiger woods hit the bar too far for golfers?

Again, if you can make weight on the day of the weigh in, which is 24 hours before the actual fight. Then why would you say somme people are in classes they don't belong ?

If the weight loss is affecting the fighter's performance, then most likely he will opt to move up a division.

i'm not slamming tony at all. He makes the weight so i don't have a problem whatsoever. I'm slamming the boxing committees in general. close to 50-70% of boxers would have to move up but that's the point. It would be without advantages. you wouldn't see people like celestino caballero fighting at 122

Not that one punch knockout power but he can hurt you with a combination. I believe he hurt Margarito in the early rounds of their fight.
