      Is Paul Williams?
      Is Tommy Hearns?

If they can make the weight, I guess there is no problem with them being welterweights.

Theres nothing wrong with him fighting at Welterweight, there are no size rules in boxing.

The question is, "Is margs too big for welterweights?" not "Is margs too big for welterweight", two different questions. To the question being asked the answer is yes. Margs is just too much man for most everyone at welterweight. To the question everyone is answering, no, if he can make the weight then he can fight there.

However, my opinion is that he would prove more by moving to 154 or 160.
