If a fighter were to unify the 147 who would it be?

realistically i think only the punisher can unify. he already beat marg and marg beat cotto, triangle theory doesn't work in boxing but i don't see any reason why cotto would beat p williams. I'd go with floyd but i highly doubt he'd come back out of retirement to unify or any such thing, he feels his legacy is already secure and i guess he would only come for the really big money fights i.e. against pacman/hatton winner
