Victor should call out Manny. I say put him on the undercard of the Hatton fight against Malignaggi or David Diaz at 140lbs. Then set up a fight between him and Manny (cuz Manny will KO Hatton). Didn't Ortiz get knocked out in the armatures by no other than Amir Khan? Ortiz sure has improved sine then, and he is the future, but me needs about a year or two more before he is ready to face the likes of Pacquaio without getting ruined prematurely as a fighter.
