Victor should call out Manny. I say put him on the undercard of the Hatton fight against Malignaggi or David Diaz at 140lbs. Then set up a fight between him and Manny (cuz Manny will KO Hatton). Based on what I heard, Victor and Pacquiao were constant sparring partners and both have seemed to get the better of each other at different times.. Pacquiao more often than Victor...Matter of fact, Victor told somebody from the HBO filiming crew that Victor predicted a Pacquiao victory... Pacquiao was deceptively stronger than what people think... I like Victor and I see alot of Manny in him... His southpaw style and humility... I don't think he should face Pacquiao just yet.. He will be huge....
