why do people say calzaghe has an "iron" chin

[Abstraction]

The same reason they say the following:

a) A Passed it Calzaghe beat a Prime Hopkins and Prime RJJ (i dont know)
b) Calzaghe would give a Prime RJJ a nightmare
c) Everybody ducked Calzaghe (ommiting the fact he stayed in Cardiff 99% of his career)

It's because they no little about boxing, or just saw him on TV and the words "Legend Killer" and thought Awesome. Probably both.

In my opinion, and im genuineley serious. Many Calzaghe fans are very dellusional

Are you kidding me?? Floyd Mayweather probably has the best chin in the game. Hopkins has a great one too.

Antonio Margarito's chin is a myth because he makes guys backpedal all ngiht and he never gets backed up because he fights smaller guys.

I don't think Calzaghe has a granite/iron chin. His chin reminds me more of Joe Louis'. He can be dropped at times by a hard shot, but amazing recovering ability.

Also, he still has yet to fight a very good finisher. Those that dropped him weren't, and that makes me wonder if a good finisher can stop him if he hurts Calzaghe.

Its so obvious Joe's chin is good but by no means 'iron' like a Chuvalo or Hagler, i dont its thread worthy.

I'm not even a Calzaghe fan but you have to respect his toughness. Also, Roy hit him with his forearm not the glove. And still, he came back to win the fight, just look at the state of Roy's face so "I don't know what you're talking about Larry"
