Highly skilled boxers don't get the respect that they deserve. The fans are neanderthals so they have a clear preference for other neanderthals. This is why UFC has become so popular: No skill, lots of blood and guts.

If a fighter can manage to be "boring" in the ring, what does that say about the guy he is fighting. If he can get a clear UD, you really should be complaining about his opponent not making him fight. Floyd makes some fights look non-competitive, he is that good.

I like watching mayweather, action isn't everything..I like seeing his ring movment and footwork against bigger guys and i like seeing him adapt to speedy boxers and out jab and pot shot fighters that come straight foward. Even tho his essence is that of an ATG, I still say he's got great skill but not great will...

They make him fight alright. Not their fault if Mayweather chooses to run and clinch more than do actual boxing.
