I do my homework before fight night and have been following this match up since the day it was signed thats why I made $700 that night. I read every post, forum, article, and all the analysis opinions and knew that 90% of the boxing community were for DLH. Dont get me wrong now, I wasnt 100% completely confident that Pac would win but knew he had advantages to pull it off (Speed, Endurance, Stamina, his smaller size, and frequent activity).

I also made $200 on the Margarito and Cotto fight but I dont get them all right. Lost against Hopkins vs. Pavlik (I was judging that fight from Hopkins last performance which Bernard proved me and alot of people wrong.)

      The article is dead on.
Thats why Hatton's name isnt on anyones Top 5 P4P list and his name doesnt even get mentioned for fighter of the year.

Same with me bro. I only wish I'd put real money down on Pac instead of just forum points.

I got Hopkins-Pavlik spot on and posted that Bernard might just give Pavlik a boxing lesson.

I take everyone's (trainers, analysts, writers alike) predictions with a grain of salt.

But in regards to this trainer's prediction.

He said that Manny was simply a walk down fighter.

I'm not so sure that this is the case with Manny anymore. He seems to be improving in everyfight, and his in & out and lateral movement has vastly improved.

I think he stays on the outside with his footwork, and Ricky eats leather all night.

            Late round KO for Pacquiao.

Get used to a sportsnut article, who usually downplay whatever Manny does, and hype their Aussie fighters like their the ****. I was surprised when they didn't mention Hussein who knocked down Pacman in one of his earlier fights 4 or 5 years ago, it's always in any Pacman article on sportsnut.

The Hatton/Pacquiao fight won't be a gimme for Pacman, but it won't be a cakewalk for Hatton either. This fight will be hard fought and whoever imposes his will over the other, wins...

This fight would be a pick'em fight if Hatton didn't lose to Mayweather.

Pacquiao is favored to win based largely on his last performance.

The slight equalizer is that Manny does have 3 losses on his record, and Ricky has a higher knockout ratio.

If Floyd Sr is training Ricky for this fight, and Ricky follows the plan to the letter, I think he has a slight chance to pull an upset. Though Floyd did say he would want to prepare Ricky better at least two fights before facing Manny.

It's going to be a tough battle for Ricky cause he's just getting back in the game and Manny's on fire right now.

Who is "anyone"? Who are you referring too? And regardless of what you perceive as other peoples opinions as if you can read everybody's mind or something, those kind of rankings mean **** for determining the outcome of fight.

Who the hell was Margaritio before he embarrassed Cotto? So much for the predictions and "rankings" then eh?

Hatton closes the ring off as good as anyone ever has. We don't know if Pac is strong enough to handle Hatton on the inside since Manny has never been tested at 140 and Ricky is no doubt going to test him. Tszyu was far from "shot" when he fought Hatton and the overwhelming majority of so called "experts" predicted that Tszyu would demolish Ricky. Kostya is a strong, talented fighter and he was unable to deal with Hatton's strength on the inside.

Hatton has only really had problems fighting at WW (147) where his strength and stamina are greatly diminished.

If Pac can beat Ricky at 140 he deserves full credit since Hatton is the Linear JWW Champion and a top 10 PFP fighter.
